My HCG Journey Blogs…

Well, this is the official first day on the HCG Protocol and the first of two Loading days where I get to consume as much fatty foods as I can get down my throat (which might be a bit difficult, as I’m not at all hungry).  The methodology behind this seeming madness is that my Structural and Normal Fat stores are most likely somewhat depleted from all the yo-yo dieting I’ve done since I’ve been considered Obese, about the past 10 years, and you need to start this protocol with those aforementioned fat stores at full capacity.  Dr. Simeon’s book “Pounds and Inches” (for those who don’t like to read, I spent an entire day recording 21 videos of the book and published them on Youtube under user L55centaur) describes the who, what, when, where and why’s of the protocol, so I suggest you to thoroughly digest this material prior to even embarking on this journey so you will understand how and why it works, and also to be able to support your stance to family, friends, and naysayers who have no clue how and why the HCG Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) works…

It is Saturday, October 9, 2010, and I weighed in at 192 lbs this morning and my measurements yesterday were roughly 45 (bust), 45 (waist), and can you guess the hips?…Yep, also 45 inches (I look like a block!).  I’m sure that will all change by the end of today or tomorrow after the Great Pig Out.  My company from out of town and I are going out to breakfast at Andy’s for some Chicken Fried Steak, Eggs, Hashbrowns with Tarter Sauce (they are potatoes, aren’t they?), Wheat Toast, Orange Juice and Coffee with cream and sugar, if I can eat it all.  Well, there are always leftovers which I can grub on later if I can’t consume the entire thing at the one sitting.  Andy’s has a special on the weekends and this steak takes up the entire oval plate, while your eggs and hb’s and toast come on a separate plate… It’s HUGE.  They do have a smaller portion, but that’s not for me today.  I’ll report later how it went.

I carefully mixed the B-12 and Colloidal Silver and HCG from one 5000 I.U. ampule (this is enough for 15 days taken sub-lingually, not shots.  I’m using YT’s Mamaclok’s mixing instructions).  That was at about 7:24 a.m…I used a 1 ml syringe to put .5 mls under my tongue.  It did’t taste bad at all, as I was expecting.  The B-12 didn’t smell all that good, so I thought the taste would follow.  I put it under my tongue the best I could, but it sort of ran down my throat on accident, or at least most of it.  I waited for about 10 to 15 minutes before I drank my water.  I’ve got to drink TONS of water and get plenty of SLEEP, at least 7 to 8 hours, to get the quickest results.

Since my guest was consumed by the TV, watching his Soccer, and then Einstein on the History Channel, we haven’t left for breakfast yet…So…I found some yummy fattening Greek Yogurt with Honey in the frig, and proceeded to eat about 8 heaping tsps full.  It’s soooo good. I’ve never been a yogurt fan, so this is a new discovery for me.  An ex-roommate left it, I’m sure by accident, so now I am a fan of Yogurt, at least the fattening type.

Oh…I guess he’s now ready to go to breakfast, so I’ll connect later…Have a nice day.

  1. UPDATE: 12:30 pm, “AVATAR” on Blu-Ray in the background….

    OMG! I am completely stuffed! Andy’s was packed as usual on a Saturday, and Parking Karma was with me, as there was only one parking stall available and 3 cars to park; however, it was the closest to me in proximity, so I got it. I, of course, immediately started running my mouth off with the Waitress and told her about the HCG and that I wanted the 11 oz. CFS special, with everything I mentioned above, except no OJ and the Sour Dough Toast instead of the Wheat Toast, since she informed me it was more fattening. Her co-worker had lost 26 lbs in 5 weeks on the protocol, so she was very familiar with the Loading concept, as she watched her co-worker try to stuff one of those 11 oz hummers down…we laughed, and I did come home with over half the steak I couldn’t eat. I’ll eat it later. Sooooooooo gooooooooooood…

    Now, my friend is trying to talk me out of one of my HCG vials so he can try it (and we weren’t even going to ruin the weekend by talking about my latest fad…tsk tsk tsk). I have more HCG coming that I ordered from alldaychemist.com (they are the cheapest I’ve found on the Internet), so I may mix him up a bottle to try. Believe me, after the first couple of days on the VLCD, he will be so excited at the changes going on in his body that he will want to order his own…

    Well, enough for now. Going to finish watching Avatar in HD…That is the most AMAZING movie ever made, in my opinion, especially in Blu-Ray format. Oh, and, I can’t forget to drink my water…Later, Laura Mae

    Hi Laura, probably by tomorrow night you will be so sick of fatty food that you won’t want it!
    Good luck! Yes, your “friend” should try it, (-;
    I have lost 34 as of this morning. I’m interested in where you are getting your information. At Medipro, I got a consultation and Rx with a naturaopath, diet counseling with a nurse and body analysis (3 times), vials of hcg and syringes, and 80 calorie shake mixes. My program is from 800-1000 cal. per day. Now I’m just going in once a month to get supplies.
    I’ll keep in touch.

  3. Hi Mari….Thanks for joining me on this forum. I think it will be fun once I figure out what I’m doing.

    I am a computer geek and I have researched this subject extensively on Youtube mostly. That’s where I got all the tips on where to get the HCG the cheapest. I am not on any meds and am basically in very good health, so I didn’t really have to go the clinic route. I felt it was safe enough to just get the RX and the HCG through all day chemist dot com. Once you know what you are doing, I wouldn’t think it necessary to continue the expense of on-going doctor visits. That’s just my opinion, of course. Not sure what you pay for your HCG, but I just ordered 10 5000 IU ampules for $135, including shipping. It’s suppose to be stable in its’ powder form…

    Thanks for posting. bye
